I could just scream!

I just spent over 3 hours compiling all of this weeks research into a very long article all about the herb of the week.

I composed it in MS Works, and I saved it regularly, like I've been taught. I was just adding the finishing touches and I clicked "save" The screen blinked and my article was gone.

I went back and reopened it, but the last few paragraphs were missing. I rewrote them, and tried again. Same result, but even more was missing. Each time I tried to save, more of the article disappeared.

I'm not sure what happened, but, I'm sorry to report that this weeks herb of the week will be delayed until I can rewrite the entire thing. Fortunately, I have most of my research still. Unfortunately, it's all in raw form, so I have to start all over again weeding through it.

I'm going to bed for the night. I don't need this kind of aggravation!
