Thanks for the nice comment on my "Thrifty-Garden home about my son Nathan" and his simple ways. Simple is less expensive and much easier to deal with ;). Want to see how I raised my fake Christmas tree? Check it out here http://scentedgeranium.blogspot.com/2009/12/christmas-at-macs.html

Our tree in the living room is a small fake one we've had for fifteen years or more. This year I wrapped two sturdy milk crates to look like presents .. then topped them off with my round card table (legs in the unfolded position) ... wrapped the table in green paper ... put the tree in the center of table .. added a tree skirt, my lighted Dicken's village, some angel hair, and our little train set. My grandson was starry eyed when he saw this setup ... it's all about trains for him this year at age two.Mrs. Machttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06644129213141875138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-413551319369017758.post-76856247723366350302009-12-21T17:55:51.824-05:002009-12-21T17:55:51.824-05:00Wow - this was a super idea - and even though you ...Wow - this was a super idea - and even though you had to enlist some help, great that help was readily available!
